I've lived at 39th and Cora, 37th and Cora, 41st and Francis, at the beat up white house in front of the old folks' home next to Trader Joes, at a house across the street from Trader Joe's on 39th, and also in a house on 41st just south of Holgate which was torn down and replaced with a monsterous apartment building years ago. Love the neighborhood. Even the mayor lives there! I bet the mayor would secretly approve of the things we did to Starbucks when it was under construction. ;)
