I want as small of a space a possible,
no barking or screaming,
and I want to pay either exactly $350 or exactly $850 per month,
no expectation of making eye contact with anyone I don't already know,
and I want to move during October

Those are pretty specific dollar figures. If worst comes to worst and you find a place for $600 a month you can always send me the extra $250, and then I will send it back to you later when you feel like paying $350.
